Suspect ID'd in strip club shooting

AURORA | Denver police today released the name of a suspect in the Tuesday night slaying of an Aurora man outside a west Denver strip club. 
 
Benjamin Ray Lucero, 22,  is wanted on a murder charge in connection with the death of George Valenzuela-Lopez, 34.

Valenzuela-Lopez was gunned down around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of Dandy Dan’s Gentleman’s Club, 214 S. Federal Blvd.

Denver police said Valenzuela-Lopez was in a fight with another man in the bar’s parking lot seconds before he was shot.
